1. Keyword suggestions - if you are having trouble deciding on a keyword think about your career and what information you are missing. What information did you not get from your other sources? - maybe it is either rewards or challenges - Try these suggestions

2. Use Advanced Search and the above keywords
3. Databases will cite the article for you - look for the citation tool - copy and paste into NoodleTools
4. Select full text articles
5. Print function is in the database - instead of file print - this doesn't cut off the edges
